Announcement by the Board of Directors concerning press speculation about a
possible offer to ac-quire Maconomy A/S by Deltek, Inc. 

Copenhagen, 2 June 2010. With reference to the press speculation about Maconomy
A/S discussions with Deltek, Inc., Maconomy A/S hereby confirms that
discussions are taking place with Deltek, Inc. regarding a possible transaction
involving the company. There is no certainty as to whether these discussions
will result in a transaction taking place. Further announcements will be made
as appropriate.
