IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2010) - Inspired Instruments, creators of the world's first real-string digital guitar, announced today the completion of its Series A funding of $1.25 million USD. With this announcement, the Company intends to launch their greatly anticipated You Rock Guitar platform and move forward with a broad line of accessories and software solutions. The funding was led by CEO and co-founder, Kevin Kent, and Executive Vice President JR deSouza, with the legal counsel of LaFlam Sullivan of Irvine, California. Senior partner, Bethany LaFlam, said, "Even in this tough economic climate, it was clear that Inspired had a very unique team, product and plan in place."
