eGames Cooks Up French Fry Frenzy and Milkshake Madness for the iPhone(R)

Burger Island(R) is Also in Development for the iPad(R)

LANGHORNE, Pa., June 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Casual games developer and publisher eGames, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGAM) today announced the development of two new games for the iPhone platform within the eGames' award winning Burger Island franchise. French Fry Frenzy and Milkshake Madness are under development now and will each be sold separately for the iPhone.  As a follow-up to the successful Burger Bash for the iPhone, the French Fry Frenzy and Milkshake Madness games will serve up all new recipes and fast-paced fun.  In addition, Burger Bash, French Fry Frenzy and Milkshake Madness will be packaged together for the iPhone and iPad.

"We are thrilled about the opportunity to bring one of our most loved franchises, Burger Island, to such an exciting new device as the iPad," said Rich Siporin, eGames Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  "We plan to continue the success we are having with Burger Bash for the iPhone, and also bring this fun franchise to the very popular iPad.  Players will now be able to fry up some mouth-watering french fry recipes and cool down with a variety of unique milkshakes, as they test their skills and speed."

Nintendo DS and Wii versions of Burger Island are currently being sold by publishing partner Destineer Studios.  The PC game, among the top-selling casual games of 2007, follows the frantic culinary adventures of Patty Melton as she assumes control of a tropical island-based Beach Burger restaurant, grilling burgers, cooking fries, and blending special milkshakes for hungry customers with the help of quick-tempered waiter, Pierre and the mysterious recipe-selling Tiki Guy.  Burger Island 2: The Missing Ingredient, which was released last summer, includes a number of new ingredients and recipes that you must test out in your quest to track down the missing Tiki Guy.

"The iPhone and iPad represent a great opportunity to further leverage our brands," continued Siporin.  "We are happy to be able to reach even more people now that will enjoy some good old cooking fun".
