Peab builds apartments in Malmo

Peab has been contracted to build 107 new flats in the block Skrovet at
Dockan in Malmö. The customer is JM and the contract amounts to SEK 104
million.
Dockan is a part of the old Kockums shipyard. Here, JM and Peab so far
have built 550 flats in seven different neighbourhoods, adjacent to the
now-flooded dry dock. Four more blocks of apartments are planned in the
area.
Work on the Skrovet quarter has begun and is scheduled for October 2011.
