Ingen CEO Interviews on the Money Channel

CEO Discusses Government Contract Programs

YUCAIPA, Calif., July 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IGNT), an emerging medical device manufacturer developing innovative solutions for the respiratory market, with a new patented and proprietary medical product line targeting the $8B respiratory market, announced today that the company's CEO, Scott Sand, will talk on the live radio program of The Money Channel's American Scene Radio, with host Steve Crowley, today at 11:49am eastern standard time.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) kills an estimated average of one person every 10 seconds. In 2005, COPD contributed to 5% of deaths worldwide.

COPD illness is on a continuous growing curve.  The COPD disease cannot be cured, but treatments may assist in slowing disease progression.  Also, the COPD market is growing every year.  Therefore, demand for oxygen and other respiratory products will continue to increase.

Ingen's strategic consulting partner for government contract procurement, KGMA Business Solutions, has introduced the new Smart Nasal Cannula to various military and government branches.  Kenneth Kurk, President of the Texas based KGMA Business Solutions, has indicated in a written report that there is $1.4M dollars made available before the end of this year for the Ingen products with the various branches they have visited.  Mr. Kurk and his highly experienced staff are pushing to close purchase contracts for Ingen.

"Companies like Ingen are helping to meet this growing demand which investors are taking note on," Stated Scott Sand, CEO and Chairman of the Board.  Sand further stated, "Although our commercial sales are increasing as we ship products everyday to patients, government VA Hospitals provide medical care to literally millions of veterans ranging from young adults to seniors.  Many of these veterans suffer from COPD and utilize home oxygen services provided through the government. Our new Smart Nasal Cannula will be recognized  to improve the home oxygen therapy for these patients and provide other benefits such as a reduction in service calls and equipment problems related to home oxygen therapy.  There is also interest with the Department of Defense regarding using our medical product with Army facilities.  Our larger market is export sales for Europe and Asia.  We have recently demonstrated our management strength with our ISO Certification, and we anticipate receiving our CE, Mark, to sell our products and fulfill backorders for our export sales."

Ingen announced on July 7th that the company's strategic government contract consultant, KGMA Business Solutions, has scheduled two major tradeshows for August and September 2010.  It will debut its new Smart Nasal Cannula on August 10 - 11, 2010, at the 13th Annual Force Health Protection Conference (FHP) in Phoenix, Arizona; and again on September 8th, 2010, at the Fort Detrick Vendor Day in Frederick, Maryland.
