The new company, Bio-Multimin, Inc. (BMI) is a Nevada corporation and is a wholly owned subsidiary. Also, BMI has the same officers, directors and headquarters as USMN. Bio-Multimin, Inc. is now fully operational and is conducting manufacturing and sales of Micro Excelerite®. BMI is in the process of completing its soon to be announced e-commerce website, www.biomultimin.com. Currently, orders are being filled at www.usnnm.com.
