(PINKSHEETS: NVAE)(OTCQB: NVAE) has announced a letter of intent to acquire a systems integration operation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. CEO Philip Verges conducted a Webcast on Friday, July 23rd, presenting more information on the letter of intent and the Company's other recent developments, to include initiatives in mobile wallet technology, wireless metering, health product manufacturing and affordable housing.
