Principle Security International, Inc Hires IAB Media for Its Securities Awareness Campaign


PENNINGTON, N.J., Aug. 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Principle Security International, Inc (OTCBB:PCPZ) announced today that it has engaged the services of IAB Media, Inc. to help manage its securities awareness campaign and create informational content for investors.

The initial task of IAB Media will be to manage all disclosure requirements and the company's securities awareness campaign. IAB has been compensated with the transfer of one hundred thousand restricted shares of Principle Security International, Inc.
