NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - September 1, 2010) - IT customers and vendors recently descended upon the greens of The Governor's Club in Brentwood, TN to compete for bragging rights, while raising money for disaster relief for flood victims, at the first annual UDT Golf Tournament.
The event, held July 19th to benefit Nashville Flood Relief, was organized by United Data Technologies (UDT), one of the fastest growing IT solutions companies in the Southeast and Midwest United States. With the support of corporate partners like Intel, Cisco, Microsoft, and Synnex, UDT donated the proceeds to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, and various families, for flood relief and restoration.
The golf tournament also provided an opportunity for UDT, an IT solutions firm headquartered in Miami that recently expanded its operations to Nashville and Knoxville, to introduce itself to the Tennessee community. The event was free to the public and attracted more than 100 customers and vendors.
