Catena's CEO Peter Hallgren to step down at AGM in 2011 Catena's CEO and President, Peter Hallgren, has informed the Board that he intends to resign as CEO at the Annual General Meeting in April 2011. Peter will then be 60-years old and is entitled to exercise his retirement agreement with the company. Efforts to find a replacement have commenced. “I have served as Catena's CEO for 12 years - a company that has been listed since 2006. Catena and its portfolio have undergone an extensive improvement process during the years that I have had the honor of leading the operations. My years with the company and its wonderful employees have been inspiring. Catena faces many new challenges in the future, which makes this an excellent opportunity to hand over the baton as I now choose to retire,” says Peter Hallgren. “The position of Catena has been significantly strengthened during Peter's time as our CEO. Together with skilled employees, he has improved the portfolio in an admirable manner and created an effective organization, which stands prepared to carry on the work now that Peter has decided to retire,” says Henry Klotz, Catena's Chairman For information, please contact Henry Klotz, Catena's Chairman, tel +44 (0)7766 205 145 or Peter Hallgren, CEO and President, tel +46 (0)31 760 09 32 This information is such that Catena AB (publ) must release it publicly in accordance with the Swedish Securities and Clearing Operations Act and/or the Financial Instruments Trading Act.
