In addition, on Monday afternoon at the Gaylord Texan Hotel & Conference Center, Virtual Instruments customer Christopher Carlton of JPS Health Network will share background on his organization's IT infrastructure and how they optimize their SAN environment for maximum performance and availability.
Carlton will present best practices for optimizing SAN and virtualization projects, sharing his secrets to optimizing the performance and utilization of SAN and storage systems. He will also present strategies to prepare storage infrastructure for server and storage virtualization related to running I/O-intensive applications and new approaches to accelerating problem identification and resolution to ensure applications are up and running 24x7x365 at peak performance.
For the first time, Virtual Instruments, in partnership with Dallas Digital Services, will participate in the daily Hands-On Lab sessions at SNW, giving users a chance to test drive the latest technologies in a controlled learning lab environment. Virtual Instruments will be conducting six lab sessions where attendees can learn how to extract key real-time data from their SAN using VirtualWisdom to enable optimization of performance, availability and utilization of the virtualized infrastructure.
