Farallon/Noonday increase holdings in EOS Russia above 5%

EOS Russia has been advised by Noonday Asset Management that funds or accounts
managed by Noonday jointly with Farallon Capital Management have increased their
holdings in EOS Russia above 5% of shares outstanding.
