Indutrade's subsidiary Oy Lining Ab has acquired all of the shares in Flowtech
Finland Oy with annual sales of about SEK 20 million.
Flowtech Finland Oy designs and supplies waste water pumping stations and water
pressure boosters for clean water. The company also provides maintenance and
renovation services for these products. 90% of the customers are from the
public sector in Finland (municipalities and waterworks).
Organisationally, Flowtech Finland Oy will be included in the Engineering &
Equipment business area, which had net sales of SEK 1,569 million in 2009.
The acquisition, which is Indutrade's ninth since the start of the year, is
estimated to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per
share.
