The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter NCCPE) defined the price of tertiary active power reserve for Lietuvos Energija AB along with an associated legal entity Lietuvos Elektrinė AB for year 2011, which is LTL 12.2 MW/h (without VAT). Also was defined the price of secondary active power emergency reserve of Lietuvos Energija AB for 2011, which is 11.9 LTL/MW/h (without VAT). VKEKK approved electricity procurement price for 2011 - 16 CTL/kWh, which will be applied to Lietuvos Energija AB together with an associated legal entity Lietuvos Elektrinė AB, while selling electricity to the public supplier, providing this type of electricity to consumers for a public price. 1.The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy defined funds for public obligation services for 2011 for generators, which ensure electricity supply security and energy system reserves, to secure the approved supportable scope of electricity - LTL 256.6 million and generators which ensure electricity supply security and energy system reserves, designated to cover the requisite constant expenditure - LTL 91.3 million of which EUR 70 allocated to finance the construction of the new unit of Lietuvos Elektrinė AB. NCCPE on October 28, 2010 defined for transmission system operator of the Republic of Lithuania - LITGRID AB, which is 100 per cent controlled by the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, the upper price margin - 2.32 CTL/kWh of transmission service performed by high voltage grid for the period 2011 - 2013 and resolved to publish prices, tariffs and their application procedure of electricity transmission service, approved by Protocol No.8 of board meeting of LITGRID AB, dated October 27, 2010.
