pursuant to sections 21 para. 1, 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that its
percentage of voting rights in our company fell below the thresholds of 5%
and 3% on October 28, 2010 and amounts to 0.00% (1,314 voting rights) as
per this date.
Of these voting rights, 0.00% (1,314 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Van Lanschot N.V. by Kempen & Co. N.V., a 100% subsidiary of Van Lanschot
N.V., pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
