TPD: Change in voting rights related to substantial shareholding

AS Trigon Property Development hereby informs that on the 2nd of November 2010
it has received a notification from KJK Capital OY stating change in voting
rights in substantial shareholding. 

Due to termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund
SICAV-SIF and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, all voting rights attached to the
fund's shareholding in AS Trigon Property Development are now controlled by the
Management Board of KJK Fund SICAV-SIF.  The Fund has 455 000 AS Trigon
Property Development shares constituting 10.11% of total votes represented by
shares.
