EcoRAID expands to 96 TB with iSCSI, SAS and Fibre Channel host ports. EcoRAID is available bundled with CA ARCserve Replication for overwhelming value.
EcoRAID 2U base unit offers with single or dual redundant enterprise-class, active-active, failover controllers and twelve SAS or SATA disk drives up to 2 TB each for up to 24 TB. EcoRAID base units support three 2U expansion shelves with 12 drives each bringing total capacity to 96 TB per array. Single controller systems offer two host ports and dual controller systems offer four ports and both support native multi-pathing for Windows Server, Red Hat and Suse Linux and Solaris. EcoRAID is fully compliant with virtual environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM and Xen.
EcoRAID iSCSI systems easier setup and manage than competitive arrays. All components are "hot-swappable" for simplicity of maintenance and to maximize data availability. EcoRAID arrays come standard with a long list of advanced features including storage virtualization, RAID 0, 1, 3, 5, 6 and 10, multiple hot spares with automatic drive rebuilds, non-disruptive firmware upgrades, redundant path failover and load balancing, 2 GB cache per controller with 72-hour Li-ION battery for cache backup, on-line capacity expansion and support for 256 LUNs and 32 hosts.
CA ARCserve Replication protects availability of systems, applications and data. This field-proven, host-based software offers local replication for business continuity and remote replication for disaster recovery as well as continuous data protection for recovery from accidental deletions, data corruption or viruses.
EcoRAID Global Manager is the embedded web-based GUI that manages multiple EcoRAID disk arrays from a single pane of glass. All setup and storage management and monitoring, volume setup and host connections are accomplished with the use of easy to understand visual icons.
