By resolution of the Management Boards of LITGRID Turtas AB (legal entity code
302564383, registered address A. Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius), a company
spun-off from the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, and its daughter
company LITGRID AB (legal entity code 302449655, registered address A.
Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius), dated December 6, 2010, on December 8, 2010 Mr.
Virgilijus Poderys was selected to the position of Chief Executive Officer of
LITGRID Turtas AB and LITGRID AB.
