Meda acquires OTC products in the US

Meda has acquired three well established Over-The-Counter consumer
products in the US from GlaxoSmithKline LLC (“GSK”). Total annual sales
for the products are about 100 MSEK, with strong profit margins. The
purchase price was 235 MSEK.

”These well known consumer brands strengthen our OTC business in the

Meda and GSK are also pursuing further discussions on additional OTC
acquisitions in the US market.
