This week, on 28 December, the 12th share issue of Trasta komercbanka was completed. During the issue 14, 230 shares were paid up, and consequently the share capital of JSC Trasta Komercbanka increased by LVL 711 500.
Before the 12th issue of shares the bank’s paid up capital was LVL 6,337,100, which consisted of 126,742 shares.
