The investment management company “Citadele Asset Management” hereby informs that the general meeting of investors of the closed-end fund “Citadele Baltic High Yield Fund” was called on December 30, 2010, the reason for which was the consideration of a liquidation of a closed-end fund “Citadele Baltic High Yield Fund”. It has been officially decided in the general meeting of investors of the closed-end fund “Citadele Baltic High Yield Fund” to initiate the process of Fund liquidation, and the investment management company “Citadele Asset Management” has been appointed as the liquidator of the Fund.
The decision becomes effective one month after the day the decision was made, unless the Commission has raised motivated objections to it during this period. The Commission has the right to decide on the shorter effectiveness date for the decision of the general meeting of investors.
