World Fuel transitioned from an internally-managed fax server infrastructure to EasyLink's on-demand enterprise fax service. World Fuel uses both EasyLink Desktop Messaging and EasyLink Production Messaging. Desktop Messaging allows their end-users to easily and securely send and receive faxes via e-mail, enabling faster response time for customer orders and rate inquiries.
