Investor Relations Director Ole Søeberg has decided to leave Tryg and is replaced by Ulrik Andersson.
After five years as Investor Relations Director, Ole Søeberg has notified Tryg that he will be taking a position as portfolio manager at SKAGEN Fondene, the Norwegian asset management company. Ole has for a number of years been member of the Supervisory Board at SKAGEN Fondene.
With effect from 1 March 2011 Ulrik Andersson has been appointed as new Investor Relations Director. Ulrik Andersson is 40 years old and has a degree in actuarial science. He has been with Tryg since 2000 and has had positions within analysis, controlling, reporting and risk management. Since 2010 he has been responsible for the daily management of M&A and competitor analysis.
In order to secure a good transition it has been agreed that Ole Søeberg will continue in Tryg until 1 May 2011.
