Vidal brings with him 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry of which 10 of those years have been working with small luxury properties. "Although I have been attracted to and have worked for large international hotel companies in the past, my true passion lies with the small hotel," said Vidal. "I have always enjoyed the ambiance of small quaint hotels offering personalized service. Whether it is an inn situated in England, a bed & breakfast in NapaValley or a small hotel on the coast, they all have a common denominator –attention to detail, allowing guest to really relax and enjoy their vacation. At Esencia, with the passion of our staff, we have mastered that."
