The joint-stock company “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka) received the notice from AB Bankas “Snoras” on increase of the qualifying shareholding in Krājbanka. AB Bankas “Snoras” has acquired 1’363’239 or 5.28% of Krājbanka shares with voting right and 2’304 “A” category preference shares without voting right, thus increasing its participating in the stock capital of Krājbanka up to 94.2%. The shares were acquired within mandatory redemption offer of Krājbanka shares.
The stock capital of Krājbanka amounts to LVL 25’824’248 (EUR 36’744’595). The stock capital shall be composed of 25’824’248 shares, inter alia:
• 25’821’414 ordinary bearer shares with voting right and
• 2’834 “A” category preference shares without voting right.
