Yesterday Topdanmark held an election of group representatives elected by employees to its Board of Directors. The election committee has just approved the vote counting.
The following employees were elected:
Charlotte Hougaard
Desirée Schultz
Trine Zappe
The board members elected will join Topdanmark's Board after the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 12 April 2011.
Ole Døssing Christensen and Per Krogsgaard Mathiesen, board members elected by employees, will resign from Topdanmark's Board after the Annual General Meeting:
