First Quarter 2011 Results and Conference Call Friday 15 April 2011


Metro  International  S.A.  ("Metro"),  the  international newspaper group, will
announce  on Friday 15 April 2010 at 8:00 A.M. CET its financial results for the
first  quarter ended 31 March 2011. Metro will host a conference call to present
these  results at 10:00 A.M. CET on the same day which will be broadcast live on
the Internet and as a conference call.
