Open-Xchange Accelerates Partnership with Parallels to Deploy Cloud-Based Email and Groupware to Millions of Users Worldwide

Six New Hosting Companies to Deliver Open-Xchange Through Parallels Platforms


NUREMBERG, Germany, April 20, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Open-Xchange, the supplier of business-class email and groupware for cloud providers, today announced that it continues to build momentum with Parallels, a worldwide leader in hosting and cloud service enablement, via their cooperative technology development and sales initiatives. The two companies have partnered since 2008 delivering integrated products that work in hosting and cloud computing.

Blacknight is a full-service web hosting provider using Parallels Operations Automation (POA) and administer hosting and co-location services to businesses all over the world.

Irish Domains Ltd. (www.irishdomains.com), based in Dublin, is a provider of domain name and web hosting services since 1999, which will also convert a comparable number of email accounts to Open-Xchange. The company uses Parallels Operations Automation.

Ovaleye (www.ovaleye.com), based in Duvall, Washington, is a cloud services company focused on providing small office/home office (SOHO) businesses with website and email hosting, web conferencing, voice over IP phone service and more. Ovaleye was founded in 2006 by Tracy and Kathy Nelson after many years of building and hosting their own business websites. The company uses Parallels Plesk Panel.
