Conservationists and Foodies Delight as Vancouver Airport Hotel's Menu Gets 'Ocean Wise'

The "Ocean Wise" program is aimed at raising consumer awareness of sustainable seafood options by providing a credible source of information on sustainable seafood for both restaurants and consumers.
