FRISCO, TX--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - Today Century Payments' CEO, Robert Wechsler, unveiled a new corporate structure adding two respected industry veterans.
Century Payments announced today the addition of Chris Justice as President and Tom Bannon as Chief Operating Officer. Chris Justice is responsible for driving all aspects of Century Payments' business, including marketing strategy, customer acquisition, customer conversion and retention, finance and analytics, and business development.

Most recently, Justice was President, North American at Ingenico, a leading provider of payment solutions. Prior to Ingenico, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Link, an electronic payments gateway and services organization. He has also held other executive positions in the electronic payment industry including Senior Vice President of First Data and Concord EFS.

Most recently, Bannon was Group Executive at Chase Paymentech, responsible for enterprise merchant services and program management. Prior to Chase Paymentech, Tom served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Delivery at Schlumberger/Convergent Group, and several leadership positions at EDS.
