The primary purpose of the meeting is to take next steps toward acquiring an original design manufacturing (ODM) company based in Shenzhen, with approximately $22 million in annual revenue. The Company recently announced entering into a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the ODM operation which is currently a subsidiary operation of China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCTR). The acquisition is planned to be complete by the end of June. An on-demand Webcast titled "NuMobile Acquisition Plan Update Webcast" providing more information on the proposed transaction is posted to the Company's website, www.numobileinc.com. The anticipated structure of the acquisition is intended to position NuMobile to execute one to two more acquisitions during the next year in order to pursue a national exchange listing.
