UNION, NJ--(Marketwire - Jun 1, 2011) - Del-Sano Contracting Corporation, a general contracting, design/build and construction management services firm, announced today the completion of the YMCA of Eastern Union County, Five Points Wellness Center Branch. Located within the former Union Hospital facility at 1000 Galloping Road, Union, N.J., the Five Points Wellness Center Branch enables the YMCA of Eastern Union County to offer a greater amount of comprehensive health, wellness, fitness, and community-based programs to support the overall well-being of area residents.
The former hospital remains the home of the Overlook Hospital Emergency Room and independent Outpatient Surgical Center. Within the health and wellness center lies a private Kinesis Studio, designed to support small group personal training experiences to help build balance, flexibility and strength. The Five Points Wellness Center Branch also offers safe and convenient amenities including child watch babysitting services, shower and locker rooms for men and women and the Green Leaf Grill -- an internet café serving as a social center for those longing for a healthy food snack, or revitalizing refreshments.
