Current Sonora Branch Manager, Debbie Kempton, has been tapped to manage Oak Valley's new Manteca Branch which is slated to open later this summer. Kempton and Wilson will work together through June, allowing some time for Wilson to get acquainted with the Bank's current customers.
As Branch Manager, Wilson's primary focus will be on leading team sales, business development and client relationship management. She will also manage in-branch customer service and oversee day to day branch operations.
Wilson brings extensive banking knowledge to her new position. She has spent 32 years in Banking, much of that time as Vice President, Banking Center Manager at Bank of America in Sonora. Wilson is a former board member of Mother Lode Christian School and the Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority. She also received President's Club recognition and numerous customer service awards from her previous employer. She currently resides in Twain Harte with her husband Mark.
