Mr. Fowler has more than 20 years of experience as a marketing executive, and has spent the last eight years of his career strictly focused on privacy, online convergence, email marketing, and deliverability. Fowler will report to Marketfish Chief Executive Officer Dave Scott.

Fowler will be responsible for defining and overseeing Marketfish's privacy policies, as well as driving the company's strategies for maximizing email deliverability to the inbox. Prior to Marketfish, Fowler worked in senior management in a number of major companies in the United States and Europe. These companies range from prominent email and integrated marketing companies like Lyris Inc., Alterian, and Blue Hornet/Digital River to major telecommunications providers, including XO Communications and Qwest.
Fowler has spoken and consulted internationally. His speaking engagements have included the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the American Marketing Association, and many more. He graduated from Marylhurst College in Portland, Oregon.
