Hereby this announcement the Management board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” informs on June 03, 2011 in the senate meeting of LR Supreme Court Senate department of administrative cases, commission of 7 senators proclaimed a judgement in case Nr. A43004509 (SKA-65/2011).
Administrative case was prosecuted on basis of notification from Aldis Tauritis about cancellation of decision Nr 59, dated with May 8, 2009, from commission of finance and capital market.
The court decided:
„To cancel decision of administrative district dated with May 31, 2010 and send this case to new trial to the same court again”.
