PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KS--(Marketwire - Jun 27, 2011) - The Kansas Department of Commerce has awarded local Prairie Village business Spring Venture Group, $1.8 million in tax related incentives over the next seven years. The Promoting Employment Across Kansas (PEAK) Program grants tax incentives to Kansas businesses that plan for rapid job growth in the state.
Spring Venture Group will expand from its current location in Prairie Village to a larger space in Leawood, Kan., in July of this year. The company expects to add more than 150 employees to its operations over the next few years.
