Legends Business Group in Talks With Solier Energy Tek to Aid in Efforts to Build Hydrogen Plant in Florida

Company's Process Generates Electricity Without the Use of Fossil Fuels and Creates Potable Grade Drinking Water

MIAMI, June 28, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Legends Business Group (Pink Sheets:LGBS) today announced it has entered into talks with Orlando-based Solier Energy Tek to help the alternative energy company get the proper permits and/or legislative documentation to facilitate the construction of a hydrogen plant in Florida. The process developed by Solier Energy Tek generates electricity without the use of fossil fuels and in the process creates potable grade drinking water.

According to Legends Business Group President and CEO, Rudy Sablon, Solier Energy Tek is in the process of obtaining a research study done by MIT and he has been informed by the company that they have funding in excess of $900 million to develop the project.

"This is truly remarkable, off- the-grid technology," said Sablon. "Not only is it completely sustainable and does not deplete any resources but in fact produces one of the most critical resources required for the plant, clean drinking water."

Solier Energy Tek's hydrogen power plant process is comprised of proven off-the-shelf technology components along with a proprietary high output Hydrogen Generation System. The plant utilizes virtually any water source as process make-up water. Its advanced proprietary membrane technology is used for initial filtration along with pressurization to separate contaminants of the supplied water.

The water is further purified, then processed to split the water molecules in a high pressure, high efficiency hydrolysis process to remove concentrated matter and to extract Hydrogen through the unique internal Gasification process. This process creates a bio-gas fuel also known as Synthetic Gas (SynGas). The result is a renewable, dispatchable power supply whose only bi-products are clean energy and ultra-pure water.

"Hydrogen production is currently been used extensively for industrial applications," said Sablon. "The potential in third-world and developing nations is obvious but the goal is to have wide use of hydrogen power as a complement to electric generation systems in the industrialized world by the year 2050."

This is not Legends first foray into hydro electric power. They recently announced they had completed a deal for the exclusive United States sales and distribution rights of what is believed to be one of the world's most efficient Small Hydroelectric Power (SHP) plants. Under the terms of the agreement, Legends will directly market the advanced European technology that uses a patented process created by Austrian inventor Lamella.

"While we are still strong proponents of solar and wind turbines as alternative energy sources they cannot match the reliability of hydro generated power which can produce energy 24 hours a day 7 days a week," said Sablon. "With the Lamella Small Hydroelectric Power (SHP) plants and the possibility of being involved with Solier Energy Tek, we cover all bases as it relates to providing this outstanding source of renewable, sustainable alternative energy."
