(OTCQB:IOSA), a company focused on Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Data Center Data Collection, and Mobile Data Center Management today announced that it has signed an Implementation Partner Agreement with Viridity Software, a leading provider of DCIM solutions focused on monitoring, optimizing and managing data center space, power and cooling as they dynamically relate to IT assets and their utilization. Under terms of the agreement, Viridity Software will offer ISA's implementation services and data center data collection services to its customers, in conjunction with its EnergyCenter software. Key to the expanded Viridity offering will be ISA's patented On Site Physical Inventory (OSPI) mobile solution, which will be utilized to capture and load granular IT asset data into Viridity's EnergyCenter solution.
