Under terms of the agreement, Viridity Software will offer ISA's implementation services and data center data collection services to its customers, in conjunction with its EnergyCenter software. Key to the expanded Viridity offering will be ISA's patented On Site Physical Inventory (OSPI) mobile solution, which will be utilized to capture and load granular IT asset data into Viridity's EnergyCenter solution.
