National Association of Women Business Owners Silicon Valley Chapter Names Business of the Year 2010

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 26, 2011) - The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Silicon Valley Chapter is pleased to announce Monika Miles, Co-founder of Labhart Miles Consulting Group, is honored as Business of the Year 2010. The award recognizes a businesswoman who has overcome significant challenges (professional or personal) to succeed and inspire others.

• Nominee inspires others
• Nominee demonstrates resilience, strength and fortitude

Monika's nominator included the following remarks:

In addition, for the past 12 years, Monika has reached out to the community by her leadership and involvement in American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks."

The nominee evaluation committee was made up of past NAWBO-SV Presidents, the current President, and a Member at Large who reviewed the nominations and voted on the winner.
