Announcement no. 17 – 2011/12

With reference to Announcement No. 16 – 2011/12 we are pleased to announce that Mansvell Enterprises Ltd. has subscribed for and paid for the capital increase of 110,500,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 and that the share capital increase was registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency today.
Following registration of the 110,500,000 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each, the nominal value of the share capital of Cimber Sterling Group A/S amounts to DKK 156,000,000 divided into 156,000,000 shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each.
Each share of nominally DKK 1 carries one vote at general meetings in the Company. The new shares are issued in a temporary ISIN code that will not be sought admitted to trading and official listing.
The temporary ISIN code is expected to be merged with the existing ISIN code, pending the approval of a prospectus that is being prepared for purposes of having the new shares admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
