The company announced today that Mark Goodman, one of the five original MTV VJs, will provide creative direction and oversee key music-related decisions for the product.
Goodman, a thirty-year veteran of the music industry, currently broadcasts daily across multiple channels on SiriusXM Satellite Radio. At MTV, Goodman is most fondly remembered for his in-depth and compelling on-air interviews with countless legendary rock stars and for hosting the shows, The Week In Rock and The Top 20 Video Countdown. As an actor, Goodman has appeared in numerous films and television shows. And as a music supervisor, he has worked on several television shows, most notably ABC's Desperate Housewives.
