Previously, Universal Aviation Australia, which is headquartered in Sydney, provided supervisory services only at Perth.

The new Universal Aviation Perth location, which is open 24/7 365, features a full service FBO with a hangar attached large enough to accommodate a Boeing 737 or an Airbus A320. Aircraft parking is usually available on the ramp and in the hangar or within close proximity. Other amenities include:
