WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - Aug 10, 2011) - Kenexa (
In 2010, Kenexa's standardized survey -- which provides a single global measurement for engagement and leadership culture -- was offered in 23 languages to more than 106,000 employees in 69 subsidiaries, across more than 70 countries. The survey covers leadership behavior, engagement, strategic orientation, communication and collaboration, diversity, customer focus and innovation.
Blanca González Miranda, project manager of the Global Engagement Survey, said, "The standardized survey allows us to compare the results from individual Allianz companies on an equal footing."
Kenexa manages all the administrative aspects of running the survey. It also analyzes the responses, presents the key findings and provides multilanguage reports. Allianz's subsidiaries use the survey results to create and implement their own action plans.
Christian Finckh, chief human resources officer of Allianz Group, said, "We believe that employee engagement has a strong influence on the performance of a company and its customer orientation. With the engagement survey we aim to further strengthen our global leadership values and develop a corporate culture that fosters excellence for all our stakeholders."
Ritu Mohanka, managing director of Kenexa's survey business in EMEA, added, "Through this survey, we're helping Allianz Group to better understand what motivates and engages its employees and how they feel about working for Allianz. The results provide a foundation for achieving high performance. Using globally-accepted, consistent measures of leadership culture and engagement, we can benchmark their scores internally and externally against high performing financial services companies."
