IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 2, 2011) - Orange County Business Council commends Senate President pro Tempore Darrell Steinberg and Assembly Speaker John A. Pérez, working with Governor Brown's office, for their support of SB 617 and AB 29, bills aimed at improving California's business climate through regulatory reform, economic impact assessments, and the creation of an Office of Economic Development.
