Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Announces Updates on All Projects, Date Change for Boxing Event

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Sep 6, 2011) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ). The date for the boxing event has been pushed forward to October 15th due to Hurricane Irene, and this past week Mr. Swank has been recovering from pneumonia. The new date will give the company more time to promote and prepare for this event and allow Mr. Swank to recuperate from his illness.

On this matter, Mr. Steven Swank, CEO, stated, "This is actually a more desirable date. We will be able to sell a few more sponsors, and later this week will offer hotel and ticket packages to anyone wanting to attend. There will be horse racing prior to the fight; everyone will get a taste of things to come.

"At the moment, our largest project is moving ahead as rapidly as possible. We will make announcements when we are ready, and not until then, please do not ask me by e-mail to give info that is unavailable, I will not answer. The kiosko project and others are all intertwined, and will be announced soon. Time and exact dates are not available."

Mr. Swank commented, "Our main project has ALL MY ATTENTION, The Income Potential is 100 times or more than our present income sources. We can't afford mistakes, or leaks that mislead stockholders, and disrupt our efforts. If you don't believe in this, please don't buy stock, use your own discretion, and your own good judgement. We are doing our best to build a company that is worthy of our very faithful stockholders."

More information will be posted as events occur.
