Magnetit AB in cooperation with the independent consultant and qualified person,
Thomas Lindholm, GeoVista AB. Thomas Lindholm has sufficient experience relevant
to the style of mineralisation under consideration and consents to the inclusion
in the announcement of this information in the form and context in which it
appears.
