Tomas Ljunglöf new CFO of Orc Group

Tomas Ljunglöf has been appointed new CFO of Orc Group. He succeeds
Anders Berg that, as previously announced, is leaving the company in
November 2011.

Tomas Ljunglöf has during the last two years been pursuing his own
consultancy business. He was previously CFO of Telenor Sweden. Prior to
that, Tomas was during five years the CFO of Glocalnet, which in 2006
was acquired by Telenor.
