LONG BEACH, Calif., Sept. 30, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Allegiant (Nasdaq:ALGT) today announced it will end its scheduled service from the Long Beach Airport (LGB). The carrier's last day of service will be Nov. 28, 2011. Customers with reservations beyond that date will be contacted directly by Allegiant for full refund.

Allegiant began service from the Long Beach Airport on July 1, 2010.
