(OTCBB:ILNS) a biopharmaceutical company with an internal preclinical and clinical-stage pipeline, and multiple licenses with major pharmaceutical companies covering products in late-stage clinical trials, announced that Dr. Daniel Chain, Ph.D., Chairman and CEO, will participate in the Phacilitate CNS Leaders Forum November 7-9, 2011 at the Seaport, Boston.

Dr. Chain's speech, "How can recent advances in our understanding of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's impact new clinical development strategies?" leads off a focus session entitled "Plotting a path forward to effective Phase II clinical trial design for neurodegenerative diseases."
