Sergey L. Sundukovskiy Promoted to Chief Information Officer, Cinsay, Inc.

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Oct 24, 2011) - Sergey L. Sundukovskiy has been promoted to the position of Chief Information Officer at Cinsay, Inc. It was announced today by Christian Briggs, CEO and founder, to whom Sundukovskiy reports. In his new post, Sundukovskiy is responsible for leading the Company's Platform Product Management, Project Management, Platform Product Development and IT Systems and Operations teams. Dr. Sundukovskiy joined the Company in April of 2011 as Vice President Engineering, and since that time has assembled and led some of the industry's best technology talent in the development of the Company's Smart Container™ Technology.

Sergey L. Sundukovskiy, Ph.D. has over 15 years of experience serving in capacities ranging from Chief Architect to CIO, including experience in building IT organizations from the ground up in both startup and Fortune 100 companies, such as Vantage Media, Experian, DirecTV, Disney, Wedding Channel, and many others. He specializes in design, development and implementation of Enterprise/SMB eCommerce and Interactive Marketing systems with strong emphasis on intra-company and offshore system and product development, Cloud Computing, project and resource management, cross-functional training and strategic planning. Sundukovskiy holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.S. in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, as well a Ph.D. in Information Technology Management from the School of Business and Technology, Capella University.
